At 34ML EAU DE PARFUM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Pre-Paid Return Label and a Return Authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
